As a Seasonal Hunting Associate, you’ll work closely with the Retail Manager and join a team committed to excellent customer experiences. Your tasks will include evaluating customer needs for personalized product recommendations while promoting company specials. Help maintain store standards and share your outdoor knowledge with every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to assist customer purchases
• Highlight promotional merchandise and company programs
• Maintain the overall visual appearance of the store
• Address and resolve customer issues effectively
• Support various areas of the store as required
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a retail sales or service role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired
• Skill in assessing and addressing customer needs
• Experience with outdoor lifestyle and product lines
• Passionate about outdoors and team collaboration
