About the Job We’re looking for a Field & ABM Marketing Manager who is energized by orchestrating full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns and excited to align marketing and sales to drive vertical growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies. Your Impact As a Field & ABM Marketing Manager, you'll work with the Director of Demand Generation and cross-functional teams including Paid Media, Sales, and BDRs to: Lead integrated campaigns targeting Agencies, Franchisors, and ISVs with personalized, multi-channel strategies across digital ads, email, direct mail, events, and more. Select and manage Vendasta’s presence at high-value trade shows and organize regional field events, executive dinners, and roundtables to deepen relationships with key decision-makers. Build and maintain vertical-specific Target Account Lists (TALs), develop campaign toolkits, and align outbound sales motions with marketing campaigns. Define and track success metrics such as cost-per-opportunity, engagement rates, and pipeline contribution—leveraging AI to optimize targeting and personalization. What You Bring to the Table You bring 4–6 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. You’re highly skilled in campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, and vertical marketing strategy. Your toolbox includes proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo, and gifting platforms like Postal. You have a demonstrated ability to lead personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and manage strategic field events. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and personalization techniques is a strong asset, as is a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
