The role includes the integration and management of Bank's digital analytics stack to enhance digital and mobile customer experiences. Responsibilities & Qualifications Collaborate with digital stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications for digital analytics Manage daily operations of bank's analytics stack and third-party marketing tags Develop and own implementation documents such as SDR and Data Layer specifications Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of documentation and technical coding Collaborate with technology teams on analytics solutions and data integrations Keep abreast of product updates and best practices for implementation changes Provide consultative services and training support to quality assurance/testing teams 1+ years' experience in analytics, with digital experience preferred Strong understanding of JSON structures and best practices Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and stakeholders Expertise with tag management tools (DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Ensighten) Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules and data feeds Banking industry experience Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certifications This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
