Join our team at Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel, where you'll be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of food and beverage experience in a high-volume setting and excellent customer service skills. You’ll work under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take food and beverage orders from patrons
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clear and set up tables after use
• Complete cash out procedures and manage cash float
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience
• Must hold Smart Serve and WHMIS certifications
• Proven communication and time management skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights
• Pass criminal record and credit check
