E-Commerce Shipping Associate

Overview As an eCommerce Shipping Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring online orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. At Sporting Life, we’re committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a positive shopping experience, whether customers are receiving their latest gear, apparel, or sporting equipment. Responsibilities Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations. Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging. Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions. Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers. Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines. What You'll Bring A passion for sports, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing. Excellent communication skills to provide clear updates and solutions to customers. Problem-solving abilities to quickly address shipping challenges and work with logistics providers to find solutions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems and shipping platforms. Physical capability to lift and move packages as needed.
