You will be responsible for establishing a next-generation PMO that leverages artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and hybrid methodologies to deliver breakthrough results. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous innovation that aligns with our mission to democratize access to digital assets. The ideal candidate is a decisive, strong-willed leader who excels in ambiguous environments and can effectively influence outcomes without formal authority across all organizational levels. You must possess the courage to make tough decisions, the vision to anticipate market shifts, and the execution excellence to transform strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes. This role is remote with a preference for applicants based in Canada and in the Eastern Time Zone (ET). Master stakeholder orchestration across diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members, ensuring transparent communication and aligned expectations Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across agile, waterfall, and hybrid project environments, ensuring optimal methodology selection for maximum business impact Documentation and compliance: Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Candidate Profile & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must. 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry. Proven experience in establishing and managing a Project Management Office (PMO). Extensive experience managing projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Demonstrated success in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, drive and manage cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
