ServiceNow Systems Analyst – Michael Page Base pay: CA$70.00/hr - CA$80.00/hr Global manufacturing company focused on delivering quality products and efficient solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Run workshops, interviews, and process reviews, then turn business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and work with developers to ensure scalable, best‑practice solutions. Handle daily support, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and manage roles and access controls. Act as Scrum Master or sprint coordinator, lead planning, stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and track progress. Support UAT, create test cases, manage defects, and validate solutions before deployment. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, monitor platform performance, and share insights with stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in managing and configuring the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Scrum Master are an asset. Proven experience leading agile projects and collaborating closely with technical teams.
