Support children’s development as an Early Childhood Educator Level 1 at BrightPath Kids in Acadia, Alberta, with full-time weekday hours.
This position works alongside teachers and families to create a home away from home for children. You will follow BrightPath’s curriculum while assessing children’s abilities, interests, and needs. The role includes collaboration, classroom organization, and professional development participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop programs aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum
- Maintain environments protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
- Discuss progress with parents and staff
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification or equivalent B.Ed.
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment
- Availability for full-time work without evenings or weekends
Bring curriculum planning, child assessment, and family collaboration skills to BrightPath Kids’ Acadia early learning community.
