Site Manager Responsibilities Represent the wind farm owner/developer directly on the construction site; Coordinate internal activities and those of the general contractor as efficiently as possible while respecting operating budgets, construction schedules, procurement timelines, and other plans to ensure on-time project delivery; Ensure compliance with site policies and procedures; Ensure compliance with Senvion health and safety regulations; Ensure coordination between the project site personnel and various external entities and internal groups; Provide regular construction progress reports as required, including delivery status, assembly progress, mechanical completion, and commissioning; Manage daily activities and weekly meetings with subcontractors, clients, and other involved parties; Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders; Perform any other related tasks. Site Manager Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the wind industry; Experience in a unionized environment is an asset; Bilingualism is an asset (functional oral and written communication); Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); Valid driver’s license required; Availability to work away from home. Strong organizational and priority-setting skills; Excellent communication abilities; Ability to work under pressure and make decisions; Strong listening skills and leadership; Autonomy and initiative; Ability to work within a team and manage a construction crew.
