About The Role Reporting directly to the Director, FP&A, the FP&A Business Partner is a key advisor and financial partner to leaders of IT, HR, Legal, Communications and all other Corporate Services teams. This role provides budgeting, forecasting and financial insight to help these groups manage their cost structures and strategic initiatives, and takes a lead role in the internal cost‑allocation process, ensuring cost transparency, consistency and defensible allocation methodologies across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with Corporate Services VPs and Directors to lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for all corporate functions Provide clear insights into financial performance, cost drivers and trends that inform decision‑making Lead the front end of the cost allocation Interpret and justify allocation assumptions and cost drivers Communicate methodologies to stakeholders Collaborate with accounting and IT teams to execute allocations in the system Build and maintain financial models, dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor and communicate Corporate Services results Collaborate with other finance teams across the broader Finance organization Support internal initiatives and provide financial insight on key corporate projects and business cases Participate in ad‑hoc analysis and special projects across the FP&A team as required Drive process improvement and innovation in budgeting, forecasting and reporting Qualifications & Experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; CPA designation (or working toward) is an asset Five or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting or financial analysis roles Proven experience supporting corporate or shared services functions such as IT, HR, Legal or Facilities Strong understanding of cost‑allocation principles, drivers and standard costing concepts Demonstrated ability to partner with and present to Director, VP and executive‑level stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI ERP experience is an asset Excellent analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, evolving environment Hybrid work model – minimum three days per week onsite at the Calgary office If this sounds like you, then Graham may be the right fit.
