SKILLS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years' experience working in a recruitment agency environment as an Account Manager or 360 Consultant, required Must have experience in IT recruitment and understanding of IT industry Must have sales, cold calling, or business development experience Experience in coaching and mentoring of new and experienced recruitment consultants and account managers, required Must have experience working with customers - either face to face or over the phone Must have strong team-oriented working style Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities, required Exceptional verbal and written communication, required Tenacious, determined to achieve success, proactive Take full responsibility for all performance, productivity and growth initiatives Places a high value on building strong relationships grounded in respect of individual differences, role model appropriate levels of honesty and inclusivity College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience WAGE AND COMPENSATION At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards.
