Marketing Associate Join us as a full‑time Marketing Associate at BioSyent Inc in Mississauga, Ontario. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a key role in brand strategy development, tactical execution, and supporting company growth in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Position Summary As a Marketing Associate you will collaboratively support brand strategy and execution. Your responsibilities include coordinating promotional activities, managing budgets, tracking sales performance, assisting with inventory, generating insightful reports, and supporting the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead tactical execution of brand initiatives and projects for HCPs, consumers, and patient‑facing initiatives. Lead the production, launch, and execution of marketing materials for assigned brands. Partner with the Marketing Manager on digital strategies and tactical execution. Liaise with the Medical team to ensure content and references are accurate. Support content management on social media, paid search, SEO, blogs, and related channels. Assist the Marketing Team in establishing strategic direction for product lines to align with business conditions, customer needs, and financial objectives. Work with the Marketing team to support the development of annual brand plans. Identify and drive opportunities for future sales and strategies against competitors. Analyze relevant markets and marketing programs, making recommendations to grow revenue and market share. Conduct competitive product, strategy, and pricing analysis studies to optimize brand performance. Support development of salesforce briefing. Work with vendor partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image for product lines, promotional materials, and professional services. Track, monitor, and evaluate budgets, monitor implementation of marketing programs, analyze sales results, and adjust strategies for market penetration. Prepare monthly marketing, budget, and sales reports focused on insight and KPIs. Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with ROI analysis of brands and initiatives to support strategic decision making. Liaison for website‑related requests. Prepare or update relevant marketing presentations for Management. Develop best practices and lessons learned from projects to build processes and procedures. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 1–2 years of marketing experience in health‑care products to consumers, patients, and/or healthcare professionals in Canada. Experience with digital initiatives for consumers/patients. Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Strong initiative, self‑motivation, proactive ownership, and result orientation. Analytic skills and strategic business sense. Attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy. Strong organization and time‑management skills. Problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication. Resourceful in overcoming obstacles and optimizing processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
