Your role will involve providing personal care and support within clients' homes, promoting their safety and independence. You'll also monitor health changes and document your observations. Be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team that values both client and employee well-being, allowing you to thrive in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and assistance to clients
• Guide safely during mobility and light exercise
• Observe and report on client health status
• Conduct light housekeeping in agreement with care plans
• Encourage independence in client living environments
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Recent TB test verification and immunization record
• G2/G Driver's License and vehicular access required
• Strong organizational skills and communication proficiency
