Job Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Technical Administrator to join our team In this role, you will get to work in a substantial and critical area of project responsibility including performing both office and field activities for the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP). This role is a rotational position with 1 week on site and 3 weeks working off site. What You’ll Be Doing Preparation of tender documents meeting the project requirements. Supporting requests for clarification on issued documents, and issuance of addenda to tender documents. Building new processes in SharePoint, Smartsheets and integrating other apps into workflows for various project functions. Supporting the drafting of contract documents, proposals, and other deliverables. Assisting with management and processing of invoices. Assisting with QA/QC processes for construction, operations, and environmental teams. Supporting processes for maintaining control and accountability for contract modifications (i.e., Amendments, de-scoped items, etc.). Participation in meetings relevant to project management & coordination, operations, site control and environmental works; and drafting of minutes. Integration of contract administration with other project functions (i.e., Environment, health and safety, operations, asset management, cost control, and document control, etc.). Supporting the coordination of closure of contracts, including management of performance metric reporting, acquisition of deliverables (i.e., Operations manuals, warranty documentation, etc.). Facilitating document reviews, including collecting input and feedback from reviewers, summarizing, and synthesizing comments and making edits/formatting changes. Maintaining and updating tracking tools with current values, analyzing, and developing data summaries. Compliance monitoring of contract deliverables. Assisting with management of project data. Assisting with preparation of technical reports. Participation in a wide variety of projects. Perform other duties as assigned. What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or similar degree. 5+ years of related experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift up to 20 kg. Valid class 5 driver’s license Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
