Position Details Start Date: June 1, 2026. End Date: July 31, 2026. Vacancy Status: New Position - Summer Student Job. Hours/Locations: varying hours and assignments. There is a ½ hour unpaid lunch included in the hours noted below. Schedule: June 1 – July 3, Thomas Merton Centre, Oakville, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (6.5 hours/day). July 6 – July 31, TBD – Oakville/Milton/Burlington, 8:15 am – 2:15 pm (5.5 hours/day). Job Summary Assist Summer School Principal, Vice Principal, and/or Program Manager with compiling student registrations, data entry of registration information into “PowerSchool,” updating information (adds/drops), and assisting with related duties as assigned. Qualifications / Experience Preference will be given to students pursuing a post-secondary education. Prior Office/Administrative experience is preferred. Must be willing to commit to the position for the duration of the assignment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/strong computer skills. Must be willing and able to travel to changing locations (e.g., Thomas Merton Centre, Oakville/Milton to assigned School and return to Thomas Merton Centre).
