This permanent position seeks a self-motivated Food Service Supervisor with strong interpersonal skills. You will oversee staff activities, train team members on sanitation and safety, and ensure quality control in food service. Your role is vital in responding to customer complaints and managing ingredient orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food preparation and portioning activities
• Train staff on job duties and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure quality control and food service standards
• Address customer complaints effectively
• Check delivery of food trolleys and supervise schedules
Requirements:
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience
• No formal education requirements needed
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills
• Ability to manage customer interactions
