We're seeking an energetic and self-confident Line Cook to prepare and present BBQ favorites using standardized recipes. Your role involves ensuring exceptional food quality, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining a clean work environment. Previous cooking experience is a bonus, but your willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced setting is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete line check pars before service
• Ensure outstanding quality of all food prepared
• Plate meals according to specifications
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Maintain a clean work area and utensils
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule
• Willingness to help with prep and cleaning
• Food Safety certified or willing to obtain
• Previous experience as a Line Cook is an asset
