Il.elle est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion de nos stratégies marketing pour augmenter la notoriété, augmenter les ventes, attirer de nouveaux clients et fidéliser notre clientèle existante.


RESPONSABILITÉS :

Développement de Stratégies Marketing:

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan marketing et des stratégies efficaces alignées avec les objectifs de ventes, de notoriété, d’attraction et de fidélisation de la clientèle.
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de contenu pour améliorer l'engagement en ligne et la visibilité Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités
  • Développer des stratégies d’abonnements, offre corporative & partenariat

Gestion des Campagnes Marketing:

  • Concevoir, superviser et optimiser les campagnes marketing multicanal (digital, print, événements, numérique, google, télévision, média)
  • Gérer le budget marketing et optimiser les dépenses pour un retour sur investissement maximal

Analyse et Reporting:

  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing
  • Fournir des rapports mensuels et des recommandations pour améliorer les stratégies marketing

Collaboration et Coordination:

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe interne pour assurer une cohérence entre les actions marketing et les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Coordonner avec les partenaires externes pour la mise en œuvre des campagnes


Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Diplôme en marketing, commerce, gestion ou domaine connexe (Bac+3 minimum).
  • Expérience : Minimum de 3 années d'expériences dans un poste similaire, avec une expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe et en développement de stratégies de vente et de marketing.
  • Compétences :
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en leadership.
  • Forte capacité analytique et orientation vers les résultats.
  • Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital et des plateformes de CRM.
  • Compétences en négociation et en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
  • Qualités personnelles :
  • Esprit stratégique et créatif.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de gestion des relations.
  • Flexibilité et capacité à s'adapter à un environnement dynamique.
  • Sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails.
