QA Tester – SAGE Accounting Software Contract: January – June 2026 + possible extension Location: Regina, SK (hybrid) Job Description Our client is seeking a QA Testing Specialist for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have financial experience, preferably with SAGE, as it is the financial system we use. This is a hybrid role based in Regina, suitable for a mid-range/intermediate consultant. Responsibilities Write and execute unit and end-to-end test cases for transformation projects. Develop and execute automation test scripts. Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring debugging results are monitored. Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to identify testing requirements and ensure quality assurance measures are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerBI, Excel, and automated testing tools like Microsoft Playwright. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools, including automation tools. Financial / Accounting software experience, with preference for candidates who have supported testing for SAGE accounting software. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure quality and accuracy.
