Join us and become a key player in our team Responsibilities Lead and Advise : Guide and empower leaders within our client organizations with expert HR leadership. Strategize and Execute : Craft and implement innovative HR strategies and solutions that make a real impact. Support Daily Operations : Deliver seamless day-to-day HR management services to our clients. Consult : Analyze and resolve HR issues, providing clear and effective solutions that address both symptoms and root causes. If you\'re eager to make a significant impact, we\'re eager to meet you What You Bring Experience : As an accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager level experience, you have a solid foundation of experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle. Leadership : A knack for creating clarity in complex situations and building trust with leadership and executive teams. Relationship Building : An ability to foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a solution-focused approach. Location : This is a remote role with occasional travel to client locations so you should be within a short driving distance to Victoria or Vancouver. Why Engaged?
