You are responsible for delivering household goods to our clients. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customersDeliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routesFollow route and scheduleLoad, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicleVerify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papersMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usageAdhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveriesFollow DOT regulations and safety standardsMust be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.QualificationsValid driver's license (G license) with a clean driving record mandatoryPrevious experience in driving or delivery operations preferredExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to work independentlyMust have excellent time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors Job ID: 1015123
