Operate presses, feeders, and overhead cranes on the afternoon shift while completing die changes and quality inspections. Apply precision throughout production.
This Press Operator role requires at least two years of experience operating presses. You will manage stamped-part quality, production records, tooling parameters, and lot identification. The position also involves forklift and overhead crane experience, troubleshooting, SPC Level 1, and knowledge of RS View logic screens and servo-type rail systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate presses and blank-loaded feeders during production
- Operate overhead cranes for tool changes and blank loading
- Complete die changes and production reports
- Inspect stamped parts and record findings accurately
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of press operator experience
- Forklift and overhead crane experience
- Ability to program Gudel feeding equipment parameters
- Knowledge of RS View logic screens
- SPC Level 1 and troubleshooting skills
