Position Overview Camp Ramah in Canada is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and collaborative Tikvah Director to lead our inclusion program year-round and onsite during the summer. Supervise, mentor, and guide Tikvah staff, addressing challenges and supporting their success. Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and collaborate on strategies for camper growth. Offer ongoing support to staff across camp who may require guidance; develop individualized strategies to be implemented by supervisors. Work closely with the Summer Leadership Team — including the Camp Co-Directors, Rashei Eidot (unit heads), Yoatzot (parent liaisons), medical team, specialists, and program staff — to ensure inclusive practices camp-wide. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in special education, social work, psychology, child development, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience working with children with disabilities in educational, therapeutic, or recreational settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in real time. Maturity, professionalism, and discretion in managing sensitive camper needs and maintaining confidentiality. Flexibility, creativity, and a strong team-oriented mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
