Qualifications Knowledge of IMS architecture and applications. Experience in workload characterization, queuing analysis, and optimization to systematically select system design parameters. Ability to analyze performance metrics based on network parameters such as number of servers, traffic arrival rates, and service rates. Understanding of IMS network throughput, which depends on the capacity, capability, and efficiency of the SIP server. Skills to analyze performance and reliability of an end-to-end native SIP ecosystem under varying network parameters through hierarchical models. Experience in capacity planning and management for networks and services, including requirements definition, analysis, planning, design, and implementation of complex data and voice networks.
