Title: Business Analyst - Senior (RQ10015) Duration: 6 months Location: Kingston, ON • From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home • From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully Note: Selected consultant will be working from the Kingston, ON office . Must Have: Experience in Lean / Six Sigma Process Understanding of Operations and work flows. Leads and facilitates workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design. Ability to work closely with operations team to capture actual process. Ideal BA as a lead with supporting large projects with various stakeholders. Experience leading meetings. Documenting business requirements, GAP analysis with current/future state. Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, MS Visio, and other modeling tools) to document and track business requirements, project milestones, and progress. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Visio specifically) Perform data analytics including volume cycle times, productivity data, identify trends Inform process re-design Nice to have: Knowledge of change management frameworks Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
