Family Lawyer (Remote – 5+ Years of Experience) Talent Renew has partnered with a respected law firm based in the Greater Toronto Area to recruit an experienced Family Lawyer . While the firm’s office is located in the GTA, this position is 100% remote , offering flexibility to work from anywhere in Ontario. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a variety of family law matters, including divorce, separation, custody, access, support, and property division. Provide sound legal advice and advocacy tailored to each client’s circumstances. Draft, review, and negotiate family law agreements and court documents. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Conduct legal research and remain up to date on developments in family law. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience practicing family law in Ontario. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills. Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while remaining engaged with the team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
