The primary focus of this role is to work with stakeholders throughout our organization and to plan, direct, implement, and continuously review a variety of HR programs which enhance our employment experience, while keeping our organization compliant with legislation and on the forefront of trends. Provide support in various HR‑related topics, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, development, employee relations, leaves, separations, compensation, benefits, engagement, rewards, and recognition. Perform other duties as required Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or education relative to job description Demonstrated expertise in MS Office suite of products and database maintenance Ongoing interest in training and personal development Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving and conflict resolution ability Proven ability to embrace change and adversity in a rapidly growing and changing environment Knowledge and understanding of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Paladin Security is one of Canada’s Best Employers.
