Summary
The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory management, stockroom organization, sales floor service, and store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers and Brand Ambassadors, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales areas and fitting rooms.
- Support visual merchandising and store standards while collaborating with the team.
Requirements
- Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
