Senior Consultant, Conversion Rate Optimization The purpose of this role is to conduct data analysis and develop guided deliverables in support of assessment and strategic deliverables. As a Senior Consultant, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), you will be a senior contact for key clients and lead the day‑to‑day work of CRO project teams. Your responsibilities include blending experimentation with insight generation, leveraging user behavior data to craft compelling narratives that drive optimization strategy, translating complex digital journeys into clear, actionable recommendations for business and UX stakeholders, and overseeing the analysis, iteration, and continuous improvement of A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization initiatives. Responsibilities Build client‑facing presentations that translate data into actionable insights, helping to optimize digital properties. Ensure successful completion of agreed‑upon project deliverables within statement of work scope, timeline, and budget. Provide constructive feedback and continuously strive to raise the standard of delivery for project teams. Nurture client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor, using a deep understanding of client objectives. Conduct regular client communication, providing strategic direction and tactical updates. Proactively identify potential client satisfaction issues and work with the project team to address them. Act on client satisfaction survey results, developing and executing quality improvement plans as needed. Support individual contributors within the EXO practice to improve subject‑matter expertise, client management skills, and professional development. Collaborate across practice areas to integrate EXO expertise into client engagements. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery regarding quality, efficiency, and profitability. Apply subject‑matter expertise to assist business development with scoping and pricing estimates for new projects. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in digital optimization within a client results service organization. Hands‑on experience with optimization platforms such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, and Optimizely. Recent experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics). Design and planning experience for A/B and multivariate experiments, including sample size and duration estimation. Proficiency in analyzing experiment results at aggregate and audience segment levels. Ability to identify friction points and optimize user journeys, translating insights into compelling narratives. Experience with behavioral analytics platforms such as Contentsquare, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg is a plus. Comfort owning the “red thread” across user journeys and translating broad client questions into focused learning agendas. Knowledge of basic digital UX concepts. Exposure to tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager). Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, capable of building executive‑ready presentations. Ability to bring clarity to complex data and ambiguous client asks. Bachelor’s degree required. Up‑to‑date with trends in CRO, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $75K–$90K, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
