We work at the intersection of education technology and immigration compliance , focusing on transparency, regulatory accuracy, and long-term outcomes. Role Overview We are seeking a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in a strategic advisory capacity . This role is focused on compliance oversight and system design , not volume case processing. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on IRCC regulations related to: Study permits PGWP eligibility Post-study pathways Validate AI-driven eligibility and risk logic Advise on regulatory updates and policy changes Support platform governance and compliance strategy Contribute to credibility with institutional and investor stakeholders Requirements Active RCIC license in good standing with CICC Experience advising international students Strong knowledge of PGWP, PR streams, and compliance risks Comfortable working with technology-driven platforms Willingness to engage under NDA and advisory agreement Engagement & Compensation Advisory / strategic role Revenue-share or milestone-based compensation No upfront fees required Flexible involvement level #J-18808-Ljbffr
