What you need to have:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation. Proven experience in project management and leading maintenance teams. Design, develop, and maintain effective maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment for the cement plant. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Lead and manage electrical projects, including upgrades and new installations. Provide assistance to the Electrical Maintenance Manager to prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects and maintenance activities. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and implement best practices.
