Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will assist customers, handle payments, and maintain a smooth store operation. Your focus on achieving cashier metrics and keeping informed about product offerings is essential for fostering customer loyalty and impacting brand perception positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide guidance
• Accurately process financial transactions
• Maintain cash drawer and receipts efficiently
• Stay updated on inventory and promotions
• Foster a friendly, professional store environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma and cashier experience are assets
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Highly organized with strong detail orientation
• Comfortable using technology for transactions
• Ability to engage in heavy lifting and prolonged standing
