Use your customer service skills as a Seasonal Associate supporting shoppers with clothing advice and product knowledge. This temporary, part-time position includes customer assistance.
Working under store management supervision, you will assist customers while helping maximize sales. You will answer questions, explain quality, materials, and technical features, and suggest suitable products. The work also includes fitting-room support, sales-floor preparation, transactions, and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every customer warmly upon entering the store
- Answer questions and explain clothing products clearly
- Support customers in fitting rooms when available
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Process transactions and maintain clean store areas
Requirements:
- Love clothing celebrating femininity in all its wonder
- Listen to customer needs and provide exceptional service
- Demonstrate proactive and conscientious work habits
