Remote Director of Sales & Account Management - Canada Full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in Canada. Possibility of meet-ups at our head office in Boston, MA and some client visits in the future. Base pay range: CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr. About This Opportunity: Brafton seeks a highly motivated, fast‑learning, experienced, and adaptable sales and marketing professional to accelerate growth in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Full cycle revenue generation Generate demand for our products and services through high‑value prospecting and account‑based marketing strategies Run inbound territory meetings, and as required, out‑of‑territory inbound meetings Complete detailed needs analysis and discovery Execute sophisticated digital and competitive research using leading analytics tools Develop sophisticated proposals Accurate pipeline forecasting Support Content Marketing Strategists’ pipelines and actions Create contracts, MSAs, and addendums Lead presentations (remote for now, with potential client travel) Maintain highly accurate CRM administration Qualifications Strong knowledge and genuine passion for digital marketing Proven track record in consultative sales Good commercial instincts and understanding of how different businesses make money Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly First‑rate presentation skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues Benefits Immediate access to an attractive incentive scheme, paid time off, flexible work schedule, health savings account, opportunities for advancement, and home office perks.
