Remote within QC Lead complex quality, regulatory, and transformation initiatives for global organizations. Design and optimize enterprise QMS/IMS, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation programs. Provide strategic guidance to executives and support large-scale migrations, enterprise system rollouts, and organizational change efforts. Key Responsibilities Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Lead QMS/IMS design and implementation (ISO, AS9100, GxP, SOC 2). Conduct maturity, risk, and gap assessments. Develop policies, SOPs, and controls; support audits, RCA/CAPA, and certification readiness. Process Improvement & Transformation Analyze and improve processes using BPMN and recognized methodologies. Lead process reengineering and facilitate workshops. Support change management and stakeholder alignment. Support enterprise system implementations, data migrations, requirements, and UAT. Perform analytics and data validation; translate business needs into system behaviors. Lead risk assessments, control design, and audit support. Serve as strategic advisor and present recommendations to Directors, VPs, and C‑suite leaders. Qualifications 7+ years in Quality, Compliance, Transformation, Consulting, or Enterprise Systems. Experience delivering large-scale programs in highly regulated, multinational environments (Aerospace, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, etc.). Proven success with enterprise migrations, digital QMS/eQMS deployments, and multi-country transformation initiatives. Technical Skills Data mapping and conversion for system migrations. SQL or similar tools for reporting and validation (preferred, not required). Requirements gathering and system analysis; compliance/process/tech gap assessments. System configuration, documentation, and UAT planning/execution. Experience with BPMN tools, QMS/eQMS platforms, workflow automation, or process mining is an asset.
