Dasro is looking for a Software Developer for one of its clients in Regina,SK


Duration: 12 Months contract with the possibility of extension

Location: HYBRID (Regina, SK)


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensures that system integration is seamless, efficient, and complete.

Proposes solutions to improve team processes.

Provides input on when to release product increments.

Performs code reviews and provides constructive feedback to peers.

Participates and/or leads application design sessions.

Provides feedback to senior technical leaders regarding design issues encountered during development.

Supports application implementation by resolving complex implementation issues.

Proactively researches new technology and applies and shares this information to forward the development process.

Ensures that all development team members understand standards and processes related to Client’s development methodology.

Decision making authority.

Makes decisions related on software development activities, system design and interpretation of business requirements.

Makes decisions on the design of technical solutions.

Provides input on system integration.


Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience with Springboot Framework which uses Java language.

Experience with Angular Framework which uses Typescript language.

Ability to produce working code with minimal supervision on relatively routine development tasks.

Ability to solve technical problems.

Proficient in a chosen technology stack.

Ability to communicate moderate to complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.

Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Ability to produce a well-designed solution in a reasonable amount of time.

Ability to design and implement a framework that is regarded as easy to use.

Understanding of common design patterns and when to apply them.

Ability to find solutions to complex problems.

Excellent trouble-shooter.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Desired Qualifications:

Ag or business lending knowledge would be beneficial.
