As the Mill Operations Supervisor, you will control and enhance the efficiency of daily milling functions while leading your team in the processing of copper and molybdenum. Your mandate includes maintaining safety protocols and correcting any operational challenges while fostering a solid team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee milling operations and environmental procedures
• Initiate and expedite operational maintenance tasks
• Recommend modifications to optimize policy and procedure
• Inspire teams towards a culture of safety and discipline
• Conduct performance assessments and safety seminars
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; equivalent experience accepted
• 5 years experience in mining; 3 years supervisory
• Knowledge of SAG milling; experience with SX-EW
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
