Wilco Contractors, based in Edmonton, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager with over five years of experience. In this role, you will develop and manage our quality control program, ensuring quality is integrated throughout every phase of construction. Your expertise will guide QC personnel and collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Quality Control program
• Establish QC standards across projects and crews
• Lead QC Coordinators, Inspectors, and field personnel
• Oversee quality inspections for various construction activities
• Conduct internal audits to improve project delivery
Requirements:
• 5+ years in construction quality control
• Strong background in civil construction practices
• Proven leadership of QC personnel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
