This leadership role entails managing the maintenance of buildings and grounds while executing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. You will uphold safety standards, manage work orders, and collaborate effectively with trade professionals to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preventive maintenance program and enhancements
• Maintain operational condition of all mechanical equipment
• Manage work orders and maintenance records effectively
• Ensure the safety of the facility and its surroundings
• Shovel, sand, and salt pathways during winter
Requirements:
• Journeyman or relevant trade certification
• 5 years of management experience required
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance software
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check and WHMIS training
Lead with commitment and skill at The Wellington, improving the wellbeing of residents through exceptional facility management.
