This Customer Service Associate position supports store operations through customer assistance, cash register work, stocking, and merchandise recovery. Previous retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience is highly preferred. The position requires clear communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions at assigned cash registers
- Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- Stock merchandise and recover store products
- Clean and maintain presentable store areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
