Typical Duties For Our Agents IncludeAnalyzing ownership records, market data and industry insights Networking sources Participating in networking and sector-specific events. Marketing exclusive listings Guiding clients with tailored strategies Showings, calls, admin Requirements2 years of brokerage experience (preferably retail related) Stellar communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirit Ability to forge and maintain market connections. Proficiency with computers Ever-curious mindset. A passion for working alongside optimistic, success-driven colleagues.
