This part-time, permanent role is centered on customer engagement, where you’ll greet shoppers, assist with inquiries, and process transactions. You’re the face of Metro, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable, while also keeping the checkout area secure and orderly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet every customer at the entrance
• Address customer questions and assist as needed
• Handle transactions with accuracy and speed
• Maintain cleanliness in the checkout area
• Process returns and cash deposits as required
Requirements:
• Retail experience is considered advantageous
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Basic skills in computing and cash handling are a plus
• Capable of standing for extended durations
• Must be open to flexible shift scheduling
