Walmart is seeking a Department Specialized Associate for their Leduc, Alberta location. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, completing standard associate duties, and managing product launches. Training and advising colleagues will be key to your success, as will promoting services like the Walmart Protection Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service for electronics products
• Assist customers with sales and product recommendations
• Conduct standard floor associate duties and zoning tasks
• Manage product launches and train other associates
• Promote Walmart services and charity events
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong knowledge of electronics is preferred
• Ability to assist with complex product inquiries
