• Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively
• Manage multiple customers during busy periods
• Complete point-of-sale transactions efficiently
Requirements:
• Proven customer service and engagement skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends
