Lead retail sales with fashion expertise at ALDO Group, coaching associates and delivering customer experiences across all channels.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead supports results and team performance. You will promote brand initiatives, provide feedback, and help ensure smooth store operations. The role centers on customer connection, visual merchandising, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through brand initiatives and customer experiences
- Coach associates with feedback and floor guidance
- Share performance insights with store management
- Maintain payment, discount, return, and loss-prevention policies
- Keep displays sharp through visual merchandising
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months’ retail or service management experience
- Deep interest in fashion and customer connection
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds
