We are seeking a talented Web Engineer to join a dynamic, remote-first team focused on delivering exceptional web experiences. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-visibility marketing website, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and data teams to craft engaging, visually appealing pages and features. You will help scale the website as new product offerings emerge, ensuring seamless performance, accessibility, and user experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern web technologies, implement code-based animations, and maintain a robust design system that enables high-velocity, high-quality development. You will be part of an environment that values creativity, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a brand that is recognized globally. Accountabilities: Lead the design, scoping, and implementation of new website projects, including feature pages, blog revamps, and interactive content. Integrate CMS-driven workflows to allow marketing teams to independently update website content. Maintain and evolve the website design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality UX. Develop animations and interactive components using technologies such as Motion and GSAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing and design concepts into production-ready web solutions. Ensure website performance, SEO, and accessibility meet best-practice standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in web or software engineering. Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js. Experience building production-ready web applications in fast-paced environments. Strong design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with code-based animations or collaborating closely with creative teams to implement them. Ability to work autonomously, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate effectively across departments. Deep understanding of SEO principles, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Benefits: Competitive salary range: $170,000–$220,000 USD per year (location independent). Equity compensation through ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
