This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly shape how future leaders and front‑line team members learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll play a hands‑on role in developing and delivering engaging training programs that blend operational know-how with leadership development. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver engaging training experiences — from hands‑on restaurant operations to interactive classroom sessions and virtual learning environments. Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments and provide meaningful, actionable feedback that helps individuals grow. Manage the full training lifecycle, including scheduling, communications, facilitation, and ongoing improvement of training materials. Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with operational standards. Contribute to the design and implementation of blended and e‑learning programs that support consistent skill development across the organization. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to review and refine training materials, ensuring they reflect current processes, brand standards, and evolving business needs. Identify opportunities to modernize training delivery through innovative learning techniques, technology, and creative engagement strategies. What You’ll Need to Be Successful: A genuine passion for the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry, with an appreciation for what it takes to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Proven experience in training facilitation, instructional design, and program management — ideally within a multi‑unit or quick‑service restaurant (QSR) environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with learners at all levels. Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting. A proactive, high‑energy attitude with a focus on results, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
