Le Propriétaire des produits est responsable de construire et de tenir à jour le carnet pour la partie logique de l’application mobile Air Canada pour les produits liés au jour du vol et travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de service principal, Produits numériques pour superviser le cycle de vie du développement. La personne retenue doit être en mesure de formuler des recommandations réalistes et de documenter clairement des solutions à des problèmes complexes. Le Propriétaire des produits, doit être axée sur les clients et avoir une passion pour l’industrie du voyage ainsi que la création d’expériences numériques. De plus, l’individu doit être à l’aise de travailler dans un environnement hautement dynamique où le rythme est rapide, où l’on favorise la collaboration, et où l’on se concentre sur un modèle de prestation continue des produits. Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en commerce ou en informatique, ou expérience pertinente et proportionnelle au poste Trois à cinq années d’expérience en création d’expériences numériques Excellente compréhension des technologies et tendances mobiles Bonnes habiletés de gestion du temps, d’organisation et de planification Habileté marquée pour la communication orale et écrite Sens de l’innovation et de la créativité, et capacité à déterminer et à documenter des solutions à des problèmes complexe Expérience de travail avec la méthodologie Agile ou la livraison continue, une exigence Expérience dans la création d’expériences numériques destinées aux consommateurs, un atout important Connaissance et compréhension approfondies des services sans serveurs d’Amazon Web Services (AWS), un atout important Expérience de l’industrie du voyage ou du transport aérien, un atout, mais non obligatoire Expérience des applications de services aux passagers de la Suite Amadeus Altéa (p. ex. CM et ARD Web), un atout, mais non obligatoire Faire preuve de ponctualité et de fiabilité pour soutenir le succès global de l'équipe dans un milieu trépidant.
