Regional Sales Associate

Role Overview Permanent Full‑Time Regional Sales Associate – Canada Life. Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) is one of Canada’s leading independent wealth management firms. What You Will Do Work closely with the outside wholesaler (Regional Sales Manager) and inside wholesaler (Regional Sales Representative). Manage activity for the territory. Clear the path and support wholesale opportunities by sorting, prioritizing, and responding to incoming advisor inquiries, and following up with key contacts to maintain advisor confidence in the sales process. Report on Salesforce opportunities, segmentation, and activity management, and in COGNOS reporting on sales results. Prepare for special events and campaigns. Implement operational and sales support tactics. Facilitate weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda to elicit collaboration and efficiency within territory. Ensure data integrity by inputting and maintaining advisor‑related information in CRM databases, including Salesforce, as changes are required. Provide general administrative support. Participate in and attend sales conferences and meetings. What You Will Bring Growth‑oriented, self‑starter, problem‑solver, active listener passionate about wealth management, investing, markets, and working with people. Completed post‑secondary education, Commerce (or related) degree. Completed, ongoing, or strong motivation to complete the CSC/IFIC certification. Experience in sales or hospitality industries, or any client‑facing role requiring strong communication skills. Focused on building strong, collaborative relationships. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines. Goal‑oriented and passionate about learning how various sales processes can provide a clear path for the sales team to drive results. Base Salary The base salary for this position is between $49,900 – $74,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commission).
