Today, our platform helps M&A advisors - business consultants that specialize in buying and selling businesses - automate lead sourcing and run buy-side mandates using AI agents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a VC-backed early-stage AI startup working at the leading edge of technology and deal-making. You’ll learn directly from a leadership team with deep experience in investment banking, AI, and scaling SaaS companies, and gain exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates from the inside. We’re tackling one of the most urgent problems in the global economy: private company M&A is broken . It takes armies of analysts and months to close deals. Transactions require 2 to 4 months to prepare a company for sale and another 3 to 6 months to sell it - creating distractions that hurt valuations, high uncertainty throughout the process, and significant waste when deals fall through. Yet over one-third of small businesses must be sold in the next 20 years, creating a 20x surge in deal volume that today's manual advisory model can't handle. The Role We're looking for a founding AI engineer with strong AI and software experience. You will own key technical decisions as well as product implementation from day one. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves to build, experiment, problem solve, and create value at lightning speed - relentlessly.
